Attorney Stacey Seibel practices estate planning law in Hays, Kansas. As a fifth generation Kansan, Mrs. Seibel has a personal understanding of the importance of proper estate planning and the impact it can have on family assets as they pass from generation to generation. She has made it her personal mission to help her clients preserve their hard-earned assets by using various estate planning tools at her disposal in an effort to avoid probate and minimize death taxes. Experience In her role as attorney for the firm, Mrs. Seibel has been able to apply her legal education in both the basic and advanced areas of estate planning law. In particular, she focuses on the unique needs of farming families and high net-worth families concerned about death taxes. Because of her expertise, education, and warm, friendly manner, Ms. Seibel's services are sought by financial advisors throughout the State of Kansas. Ms. Seibel is also a Visiting Professor in the College of Business and Leadership for Fort Hays State University. She has taught the Estate Planning Course for over 15 years. Education Stacey received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law with an emphasis on estate planning and tax law. To further her education, she also attended the University of San Diego College of Law where she earned a post-doctoral Master of Laws in Taxation degree.
